Managing Director
Mr. Peyo DH Shailemo is the Founder and Managing Director of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) in Civil Engineering: Construction Management and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering.
Driven by a strong passion for agriculture, entrepreneurship, and sustainable rural development, Mr. Shailemo has successfully applied his leadership and project management expertise to build and grow the farming business. His practical approach, commitment to excellence, and strategic vision have played a key role in establishing a resilient and productive agricultural operation.
Passionate about farming and sustainable development, he oversees the company's operations, strategic growth, and resource management. With over nine years of professional experience, Mr. Shailemo is committed to promoting efficient crop production, responsible land use, and sustainable farming practices that support food security and economic growth in Namibia.
